    Lead on employee engagement for the organisation with over 5000 employeesManage all organization's internal communications, campaigns and Intranet toolsEstablish strategy and manage budget for all employee led activationsReinforce company culture and vision through ongoing engagementOrganize all employee events (Townhalls, engagement events, CSR initiatives, sustainability roadmap, ethics)Support on all company wellness activitiesCreate reports and evaluate all of the above


    Requirements:


    You would have at least 7 years of experience within Employee EngagementSolid background within either PR, Media Relations, Events Management, Marketing initiatives.

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills
