- Directs the preparation of all financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, other Group reporting. Oversees accounting departments, forecasts, and all reporting aspects.
- Provide relevant reports and recommendations on all financial management and accounting issues revolving around the subsidiaries and ensure business partnering with Operations and other departments to support management decision making. Participate in strategic senior management meetings to forecast and analyze the company's upcoming financial performances. Adept at financial & organizational structuring, including developing business plans and establishing a robust culture of risk management, governance & business policies.
- Lead internal & external audits.
- Works with CFO with to raise funding from banks as required for expansion.
- Proactively manage cash flows in a leveraged environment. Successful at building & leading large high-performance teams. Innovating processes to increase productivity. Meet productivity goals. Work with the CEO and other senior executives on assisting in the review and negotiation of contracts.
