Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
_
- Recording Minutes of Meeting
- Preparing Calendar Meetings
- Creating weekly and monthly reports
- In charge of Office supplies inventory
- Communication with suppliers
- Follow ups and distributing tasks with each members of the team.
- Supporting the Supply Chain team
- Other duties as required
Requirements_
- Bachelors degree of Business Administration or such
- Proficiency in MS Office ( Word, Excel and power point )
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Thorough understanding of office management procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Highly organized, motivated, hardworking, and energetic
- Able to work under pressure to meet targets.
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problemsolving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have strong interpersonal skills with attention to detail
Salary:
AED2, AED3,500.00 per month
