Duties and Responsibilities:
_

  • Recording Minutes of Meeting
  • Preparing Calendar Meetings
  • Creating weekly and monthly reports
  • In charge of Office supplies inventory
  • Communication with suppliers
  • Follow ups and distributing tasks with each members of the team.
  • Supporting the Supply Chain team
  • Other duties as required

Requirements_

  • Bachelors degree of Business Administration or such
  • Proficiency in MS Office ( Word, Excel and power point )
  • Working knowledge of office equipment
  • Thorough understanding of office management procedures
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Highly organized, motivated, hardworking, and energetic
  • Able to work under pressure to meet targets.
  • Analytical abilities and aptitude in problemsolving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- very active and finish the tasks in time

  • Must have strong interpersonal skills with attention to detail

Salary:
AED2, AED3,500.00 per month
