As a DataOps Engineer at DeepLight AI you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability transparency high-performing data ecosystem.

• Monitor and act on incidents related to:
AWS Glue job executions Current DMS dbt pipelines Kafka lag streaming health data freshness SLA breaches
data quality issues Platform health alerts
• Perform L1 triage or distribute incidents to L2/L3 teams as needed Incident Management Own the incident response process Initial triage severity assessment Coordinate with development teams for resolution Create assign JIRA tickets with full context Track incident resolution closure Escalate high-priority long-running incidents to management Root Cause Analysis Prevention Conduct post-incident root cause analysis Maintain incident logs post-mortem documentation Implement preventive measures recurring issues collaboration dev teams Operational Reporting Manage TV dashboard providing real-time status critical flows color-coded indicators Deliver daily min operational review previous day executions open incidents follow-ups Share daily summary emails team Continuous Awareness Stay up-date status critical flows remediation efforts Ensure proactive communication risks delays +
