We are a diversified main contractor handling projects within the hospitality, mixed-Use, commercial and residential sectors. We are seeking a SENIOR ARCHITECT to join our busy Engineering Department to lead and manage projects, from concept to completion.

Digest Job Functions:

Develops innovative design solutions.

Reviews, prepares, and submits NOC applications, and ensures all authority requirements are included to reduce response time and eliminate multiple re-submittals.

Attends kick-off and coordination meetings and provides support.

Prepares animations project presentation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in architecture.

- Minimum 7 years' post graduate UAE experience with a reputable CONSULTANT.

Excellent knowledge of design and visualization software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp etc.

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects with occasional weekend work if required.

Ability to work with diverse teams and coordinate different tasks

Familiar with UAE authorities' rules and regulations.

Strong portfolio

Strong managerial skills.

Excellent command in English.
