- Informs and reports tothe Compliance and AssuranceDirector.
- Delivers ProjectTechnical Audits with Project Directors and sector TechnicalDirectors.
- Reviews new ofprojects Contracts andamendments.
- Reviews newprojects Design Responsibility frameworks with Legal and commercialalignments.
- Reviews newprojects Design Management Strategy and Digital Management Strategyaligned to the Information ManagementStrategy.
- Reviews of Projectrisk registers and key Technical Risks that are reviewed andassessed, including FireReviews.
- Audits the MaceWay/Engage swim lanes for Technical Compliance, all Gatewaystages.
- Ensures BuildingRegulation Trackers are completed by the projects and key issuesand risk are known and remedial plans put inplace.
- Produces technicalreports when auditing projects and issue close out report alongwith registers.
- Advises onthe need to stop any works that have technical non-compliances thatare deemed a risk.
- Adviseson the need for Technical Champions and audit TechnicalTraining.
- Deliverscontinuous improvements in processes through application of bestpractices and lessonslearned.
- Drivestransformational change. Partners with multiple internal andexternal stakeholders, working in collaboration to (implementstrategy/programmes/initiatives).
- Manages,influences & negotiates with key senior stakeholders (up toc-suite).
- Workscollaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbontransition and share responsibility for the proactiveidentification and management of the associated carbon emissionsand reductions during the delivery ofwork.
