- Ideally someone from IT Distribution/ Retail/ FMCG/Supply chain/ Large Trading Companies and managed an employee headcount of 100+
- Should have a deep understanding of UAE Labor laws
- Sound understanding of the Immigration norms and hands on experience on end-to-end Labor transactions pertaining to Quotas, Visa & Work permits Management, cancellations, renewals, etc. Any Freezone entities knowledge is an added advantage
- Experience in PRO Management – understanding of Trade Licenses management
- Should have handled all the basic HR functions such as Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Welfare, Payroll processing, Time & Attendance, Exit Management, etc
- Should have handled basic office administration
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in HR
- At least 2 – 3 years of relevant experience in Dubai and maximum 8 years of overall work experience
- Must have hands on experience in MS Excel, word and PowerPoint
- Exposure to ATS, any HR ERP's is highly desirable
