- Advising and supporting theclient's director and their senior management team in theIntegrated Solutions sector.
- Supportingportfolio strategic planning, project appraisal and projectevaluation processes from project start to commissioning andhandover.
- Promoting agile and justifieddecision-making with the client's senior management toensure the progress of the projects and to maintain the rate ofexecution.
- Ensuring that the sector is alignedto the programme's structures and processes, led by thePMO.
