    Jobfunction:

    As a Customer SupportSpecialist, you will play a key role in the entire sales and aftersales process, from onboarding new customers to arranging thedeliveries of vehicles and coordinating payments. You will beresponsible for supporting our online sales team with alloperational tasks during the sales process and be the first pointof contact after vehicles are sold.

    Tasks:

    • Ensure smooth order processing andcustomer satisfaction after thesale.
    • Coordinate and monitor the movement ofgoods, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining accurate inventoryrecords.
    • Independently managing the entireafter sales process, including documentation, export, invoicing andlogistics.
    • Coordinate and monitor import/exportrestrictions, bank compliance, legislation and local marketrequirements.
    • Resolve any customer problems orcomplaints.
    • Evaluate after-sales processes andcontribute to continuousimprovements.

    Profile:

    • Experiencein operations, logistics and after-sales in international trade.Product knowledge is not necessary, you will learn this during youronboarding program.
    • Excellent communicationskills both verbal and written in at least twolanguages.
    • Operational talent with aresult-oriented attitude. Your clients range from freelancers todirectors of large multinationals. You adapt your communicationeffortlessly and seamlessly to help all customers and suppliers.You are detailed, proactive and see it as a challenge to take careof complex orders and handle themseamlessly.
    • Independent and able to work in astructured and effective manner in an internationalenvironment
    • No 9 to 5 mentality, but willing totake the extra step when necessary.
