Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role located in Dubai for a Part-time Faculty in Fashion Design and Styling, Interior Design, and Film Making. As a faculty member, your day-to-day tasks will involve teaching courses, designing lesson plans, grading assignments, providing feedback to students, and keeping up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience, preferably Btech, in a college or university setting.
• Demonstrated expertise in Fashion Design and Styling, Interior Design, and/or Film Making.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to design and develop curricula to meet student needs and support learning outcomes.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and time-management skills.
• A commitment to promoting and supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work creatively and effectively under pressure.
