    • Mange, maintain & monitorthe IT helpdesk activity.
    • Develop &maintain IT performance dashboards &reports.
    • IT department administrationactivities.
    • Coordinate all departmentcorrespondences, documents, contracts, and completionscertificates, signed off, and archive them on digital as well asphysical copies.
    • In liaison with projectmanagers and stakeholders, create a project schedule, withmilestones, due dates, and estimates for those materials that arerequired and other resources, such as team members, which will thenbe submitted to management for approval.
    • Manageonline presence on social media &websites.
    • Manage meetings, calendars, andcorrespondence.

    RequiredSkills:

    • Must haveexperience with IT helpdesk operation.
    • Musthave experience with dashboards, slides & reporttools.
    • Experience in administrative operationswith excellent communication and time managementskills.
    • Social media managementskills.

    Qualifications:

    • Diplomaor Higher relevant qualification in InformationTechnology.
    • Must have ITIL Foundation and otherrelevant Technical certifications.
    • 3-4years' experience in Information Technologyindustry.
