About the client

Our client is ranked as one of the best 50 restaurants in the world, taking this year 15th place and setting a record for domestic gastronomy.

Our client is the only Russian restaurant that has taken place in the upper half of the international rating for 4 years in a row.

Today, one of the most successful domestic restaurant holdings includes more than two dozen projects.
Our client is looking to hire a highly qualified Lawyer to oversee the legal aspects of their business.
Contractual work (contracts of lease, supply, contracting, construction, services, maintenance contracts, etc.), participation in negotiations.
Supporting employees in obtaining work permits, their placement.
Supervising UAE labor law issues.
Drafting shareholder, corporate, and investment agreements.
Drafting of standard documents for a group of companies in UAE.
Obtaining licenses, and approvals necessary for the operation of restaurants in the UAE.
Corporate work on companies (registration of companies, changes, etc.).


Supervision of the restaurant opening project (full cycle: lease agreement, construction, operation).
Taxation issues of a group of companies in Dubai, copyright, etc.
Corporate structuring issues, development of corporate operating structures of companies in UAE.
Legal work out of new areas of the company's business.
Preparation of legal opinions.
Litigation and claims work (including labour disputes).
Other issues within the lawyers competence.


Qualification:

Higher legal education in the UAE (with confirmation).
Higher legal education in the Russian Federation (with confirmation).
Professional development courses.
Minimum 5 years of experience in UAE in Restaurants business

Competencies that a specialist must possess are responsibility, commitment, independence, a flexible mind, and the ability to quickly solve problems and work in a multitasking mode.


Additional requirements:


  • Fluent English and Russian.
Experience in communicating with the company's top executives.
Work with bilingual contracts, documents in English and Russian.
