Qualifications:


  • Over 10 years of Structural Engineering experience in fabrication.
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an ABETaccredited program.
  • Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, RAM Structural System, and SAP 2000.

Responsibilities:


  • Conduct structural analysis and design for new and rehabilitative projects.
  • Prepare technical reports, construction drawings, and specifications.
  • Attend design meetings and site inspections, collaborating with clients and partners.
  • Interact and collaborate with inhouse drafters and engineers.
  • Design diverse structures, including buildings, retaining walls, and wastewater treatment plants.

Additional Requirements:


  • S.E. certification is preferred.
  • Experience in ETABS is desirable.
  • 10+ years of experience in structural analysis and design preferred.

Management and Leadership:


  • Lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering a creative and collaborative work environment.
  • Plan and prioritize design projects, ensuring successful execution within deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Develop and implement design strategies aligned with branding and business goals.

Quality Assurance and Industry Knowledge:

  • Ensure all tender documentation meets requirements and standards.
  • Conduct cost estimation, obtain bids, and coordinate with vendors and subcontractors.
  • Stay updated on professional knowledge through workshops, publications, and industry participation.
  • Contribute to team effort by achieving related results, maintaining continuity, and following organizational standards.
