  • Brand Strategy Development:
  • evelop a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company's overall vision and business goals.
- nalyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to identify brand opportunities and challenges.
- stablish clear brand positioning and unique selling propositions (USPs) for each cosmetic product line and communicate them effectively. 2

  • Omni Channel Brand Management:
  • versee brand execution across multiple channels, including retail, ecommerce, social media, and traditional marketing channels.
- ollaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, to ensure brand consistency and synergy across all touchpoints.
- mplement innovative strategies to create an immersive and seamless customer experience across all omni channel platforms. 3

  • Creative Direction:
  • rovide creative direction and inspiration to the in-house design and creative teams to develop captivating visual assets, packaging, and brand materials.
- nsure all creatives align with the brand guidelines and effectively convey the brand's identity and values. 4.


Marketing Campaigns and Promotions:
- ead the planning and execution of strategic marketing campaigns and promotional activities to drive brand awareness and product launches.
- onitor campaign performance and conduct post-campaign analysis to measure the impact of marketing efforts. 5

  • Brand Monitoring and Analysis:
  • Monitor brand health, consumer sentiment, and market trends to assess the effectiveness of brand initiatives.
  • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continuously optimize brand strategies. 6
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • ollaborate with key stakeholders, including senior management, sales teams, and external partners, to gain buy-in and support for brand initiatives.
- oster strong relationships with influencers, media partners, and industry experts to enhance brand reputation


Requirements:
- achelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- roven experience 7-10 years in brand management or a similar leadership role within the cosmetics or beauty industry.
- trong understanding of omni-channel marketing strategies and experience implementing them effectively.
- emonstrated success in developing and executing brand strategies that have resulted in increased brand awareness and market share.
- xceptional creative and strategic thinking abilities, with an eye for design and attention to detail.
