An understanding of cloud native applications and twelve factorapplication design.

Identify respond to and workto resolve emerging Service problems.

Developeffective tooling to identify and address reliabilityrisks.

Participate with other engineering teamsto triage production outages and carry forward action items toimprove ongoing reliability.

You will applyattained experiences and knowledge in solving complex enterpriseand datacenter problems.

You will be responsiblefor a specific set of named geographical or vertically alignedcustomers.
