For More Top Organization Jobs Click HereDescription:The Service Line Manager would be responsible to improve and develop the geotechnical service line capacity including the planning and implementation of the various activities within the service line.

The successful candidate is expected to implement the long-term growth strategy which consists of developing the geohazard and geo-mapping team, integrating the various services within the geotechnical service line, implementation of the service growth plan, as well as the training and coaching of personnel.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for maximizing the overall performance of the Geotechnical Line and is accountable to achieve the agreed yearly revenue and profit targets;Develops and executes the short-term strategy of the Geotechnical Line.

Aims to strengthen the market position and generate profitable growth while developing the careers of employees;To develop the geotechnical business strategy in conjunction with the Business Line Manager and Regional Business Line Director;Understand market and competitive trends;


Job Requirements:
M.Sc. or B.Sc. level in civil, geotechnical or geology;Skills / experience required to do the job;Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a mix of project and business management;Strong experience in field mapping, including work in remote, previously undeveloped areas
