- Ensure consistently high operatingstandards in every area of Housekeeping and Laundry, as identifiedd by the hotel brand standards
- Monitor theappearance, standards, and performance of all Housekeeping andLaundry Team Members with an emphasis on training and teamwork
- Provide excellent guestservice
- Actively works on availability andrelease of Rooms for Guest Service along with Floor HousekeepingSupervision
- Manages the controls of theHousekeeping department, such as: frequency of employees, releaseof master keys, book incident, input and output input and outputuniform and linen, among others
- Responsible forchecking daily the guest information in CRM and ensure that thepreferences and requests of the same are met ontime
- Request flowers for special occasions(marriage, death, maternity ...). Besides providing embroidery forspecial linen (wedding and pampering)
- Controlmakes monthly Lost and Found anddonations
- Check the uniforms and send for cleaning and / or repair
- Coordinates andcontrols all traffic of documents and people within the department.Does releases linen of Laundry daily
- Makesdaily guest clothing release of guests that use the laundryservice
- Makes monthly closing of Laundryexpenses and provision of same
- Replaces (a)Laundry Attendant in case of holidays, days off orabsence
