    Job DescriptionAbout the job Procurement ManagerOur client is a market leader in the Beauty industry with operations in the UAE and KSA.

    They are seeking a Procurement Manager to join their dynamic team in Dubai.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic Procurement:
    Develop and execute procurement strategies to meet the organization's goals and objectives.
    Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
    Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors.


    Supplier Management:
    Evaluate and select suppliers based on criteria such as quality, price, delivery, and reliability.
    Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable terms for the organization.
    Monitor supplier performance.


    Cost Control:
    Optimize procurement processes to achieve cost savings while maintaining product or service quality.
    Manage budgets and expenses related to procurement activities.
    Implement cost-effective purchasing strategies, including bulk buying, negotiations, and supplier consolidation.


    Compliance and Regulations:
    Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
    Keep abreast of changes in regulations that may impact procurement activities.


    Team Leadership:
    Supervise, train, and develop a team of procurement professionals.
    Set performance goals and provide guidance and support to team members.


    Inventory Management:
    Manage inventory levels to minimize excess or obsolete inventory.
    Implement inventory control measures to optimize stock levels and reduce carrying costs.


    Reporting and Analysis:
    Prepare reports on procurement performance, cost savings.
    Analyze data and trends to make informed decisions and improvements in the procurement process.


    Set MINI-MAX per SKUQualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or business administration.

    Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management, with at least 5-7 years in a managerial role (preferably in the beauty industry)Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain supplier relationships.

    Knowledge of procurement software and systems. (SAP) Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
    Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
