JOB SUMMARY:
In consultation with the Head WAITER or Dining Room Supervisor/Manager to ensure customer Satisfaction by establishing and maintaining a good relationship with the client, wearing both the hospitality and sales cap during operations, following UNF's policies and procedures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Applies and follows the contractual obligations, UNF's policies and procedures
- Attend briefings prior to restaurant opening, wellgroomed and equipped with the basic aids of
- Ensures a high standard of personal hygiene and adheres to standards of dress code for the position
- Complete miseenscene and miseenplace before the restaurant opens.
