Description

• Manage and coordinatemultidiscipline engineering activities to ensure projects areexecuted in a safe, efficient, cost effective and timelymanner.
• Act as primary technical co-ordinationinterface with client to ensure that the client'sexpectations are satisfied.
• Ensure the projectconforms to the client's approved Basis of Design and allapplicable regulatory and code requirements.
  

Responsibilities

HSEManagement

• Actively support the Worley One-Wayprogram and ensure there is a HSE focus within the team to ensureOHSE requirements including those documents required in design andprocurement activities.
• Demonstrate behaviourand business practices commensurate with a culture ofworld's best health, safety and environmentalperformance.
• Assist in developing,communicating, implementing and regularly review systems,strategies, standards and processes (including environmental plansor health management programs) .
  

ClientRelationships

• Establish, maintain and build healthyclient relationships.
• Proactively resolveperformance, scope and schedule issues with the Client as theyarise.
• Identify, document, communicate and meetthe client's requirements.
  

CommercialManagement

• Effectively manage assigned budgetswithin Worley' total scope.
  

ScopeManagement

• Ensure compliance with WPMPprocedures.
• Ensure compliance with requirementsof the contract.
• Apply effective change controlprocess.
