We are seeking a passionate and experienced Holiday Home Reservation Agent to join our team. If you have a love for providing exceptional customer service and possess UAE experience in hotels or sales reservation, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities:

Assist guests in finding the perfect holiday home based on their specific preferences and requirements.
Provide detailed information about available properties, amenities, and local attractions.
Handle reservation bookings, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the process.
Maintain excellent communication with guests throughout their booking journey, addressing any questions or concerns.
Collaborate with property owners and management to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Uphold company standards for customer service excellence and professionalism.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the UAE hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of hotel reservations systems and sales techniques.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
Familiarity with holiday home regulations and market trends in the UAE is preferred.
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Must be eligible to work in the UAE.
