A premium performance and recovery-focused fitness club launching in Abu Dhabi. Our training ecosystem balances high-intensity performance work with intentional recovery, mobility, and movement quality. Pilates and Yoga play a key complementary role in supporting recovery, longevity, and overall member well-being.

Seeking a Founding Pilates / Yoga Coach to join the initial coaching team at launch. This is a hands-on teaching role focused on delivering high-quality group classes in a calm, professional, and inclusive environment.

This position is coaching-focused and does not involve department ownership, operational management, or executive responsibilities at launch.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver small-group Yoga and/or Pilates classes (10–20 participants)
• Emphasise mobility, stability, breathwork, and movement quality
• Create a calm, welcoming, and purposeful studio atmosphere
• Adapt classes for members with varied fitness and training backgrounds
• Collaborate with other coaches to align recovery-based training with performance programming
• Support launch events and early community-building initiatives
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, safety, and coaching quality

Requirements

Required

• Certified in Yoga (Yoga Alliance or equivalent) or Pilates (Mat and/or Reformer)
• Minimum 2 years of group teaching experience
• Strong communication skills and professional on-floor presence
• Genuine interest in recovery, mobility, and balanced performance

Preferred

• Certification in both Yoga and Pilates
• 5+ years teaching experience
• Experience in boutique or premium studio environments
• Bi- or multilingual
• International coaching experience

Availability

• Willingness to teach consistently and hands-on
• Comfortable with non-traditional hours (early mornings, evenings, weekends)
• Alignment with a collaborative, coach-first team culture
