• Manage daily cafe operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and quality control.

• 3+ years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a cafe or similar setting in Dubai.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a focus on team building and employee development.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle the demands of a fastpaced cafe environment.
• Understanding of coffee culture, quality standards, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Professional in Microsoft Excel
