- Greet customers as they enter thestore and provide them with information about products and/orservices
- Respond to customers questions andguide them throughout the store
- Maintainknowledge about the store's products, promotions, and salesto provide accurate information tocustomers
- Operate cash registers, managefinancial transactions, and balancedrawers
- Ensure that all displays are visuallyappealing and organized
- Restock shelves whennecessary to ensure productavailability
- Participate in inventory controland ensure that any shrinkage isminimized
- Handle product returns and exchangesin accordance with store policies
- Maintaincleanliness and order in the store, especially in areas like thecheckout counter and displays
- Meet or exceedsales targets by utilizing effective sellingtechniques
- Collaborate with team members tokeep the sales floor area clean and organized at alltimes
- Follow all store operational policies andprocedures
