Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Property Consultant, based in Dubai. The Senior Property Consultant will be responsible for developing client relationships, providing expert advice, and managing property transactions. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing and managing property listings, conducting market research, identifying and matching clients with suitable properties, negotiating deals, and delivering exceptional customer service to both buyers and sellers. The role requires staying updated on market trends and providing strategic insights to clients to achieve their real estate goals.
Qualifications
- Strong consulting and strategic thinking skills to guide clients in real estate decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in customer service to deliver a high-quality, client-centered experience
- Experience in sales and negotiation, with the ability to close deals efficiently
- Comprehensive knowledge of the real estate market, particularly in Dubai
- Proactive and self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Valid real estate broker license and/or certification is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM systems and other real estate management tools is advantageous
