    Helps drive hotelvalues and philosophy and ensures all training and developmentactivities are organized and delivered as per yearly schedules andcalendar.

    The position works with the L+D Manager to identify andaddress employee and organizational development needs. The positionis responsible for ensuring effective training is in place toenable the achievement of desired business results. Trainingprograms focus on a variety of topics, including product knowledge,company philosophy, customer service and leadership skills. The jobrole also facilitates the delivery of both custom and corporatetraining programs as needed. Measures the effectiveness of trainingto the quality scores of the hotel balance score-card. Helps HRteam, when required, with organizing basic HR functions andactivities.
