Description

Responsibilities:


  • Resolving daytoday customer complaints by ensuring highest levels of customer support and ensuring expectations are met in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor the performance of all customerrelated operations and provide progress and status reports.
  • Collaborate with other Customer support professionals to improve customer Experience.
  • Assisting other departments on small administration tasks.
  • Maintain full working knowledge of all functions within department.

Requirements:


Desired Skills and Experience:


  • Fluent in Arabic and English is a must both verbal and written
  • Education: University graduate
  • Good knowledge and use of Microsoft Office
  • Experience: minimum 1year experience.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and time management skills
