Description
Responsibilities:
- Resolving daytoday customer complaints by ensuring highest levels of customer support and ensuring expectations are met in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor the performance of all customerrelated operations and provide progress and status reports.
- Collaborate with other Customer support professionals to improve customer Experience.
- Assisting other departments on small administration tasks.
- Maintain full working knowledge of all functions within department.
Requirements:
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Fluent in Arabic and English is a must both verbal and written
- Education: University graduate
- Good knowledge and use of Microsoft Office
- Experience: minimum 1year experience.
- Excellent writing, communication, and time management skills
