We Need Arabic Speaker Nutritionist With DOH License for our Center in Abu Dhabi

Job description

Evaluate nutritional status of individuals and provide nutrition guidance and consulting to individuals and follow up.
Aid in the prevention and/or treatment of inadequate nutrition.
Plan, evaluate and conduct nutrition education programs and develop educational materials for patients.
Meal plans for improved weight, mood, and energy.
Practice on an individual basis or as a member of an interdisciplinary team to determine nutritional needs of patients and to plan, implement and evaluate normal and therapeutic menus to maintain and enhance general health.
Advices on nutritional issues and healthy eating habits.
Evaluate the effects of meal plans and change plans as needed.
Promote better nutrition by group talks about diet, nutrition and relationship between good eating habits and preventing or managing specific diseases.
Analyze current scientific nutritional studies, conduct research and evaluate program effectiveness to improve the nutritional value and supplements facts.
Confer with other health professionals, community groups, government and the media to provide consultation and advice in areas of nutrition interpretation, intervention and policy.
Prepare patient case notes and reports and gather statistics.

- contact other health professionals, such as general practitioners, occupational therapists and social workers; exchange information on patient history and progress, as well as referrals for patients who require further medical care.
- keep up to date with new researches and technologies available for improving patient's nutritional status.

Comply with DoH policies and standards on patient informed consent, managing patient medical records, including developing effective recording systems, maintaining patient records; maintaining confidentiality, privacy and security of patient information; educating patients on services provided and satisfying the requirements of patients' rights and responsibilities charter.

Salary:
From AED5,000.00 per month
