We are seeking a motivated and experienced Grocery Sales Manager to join our team.The Grocery Sales Manager will be responsible for leading our sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets in the grocery sector.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the grocery sector.
Set sales targets and goals for the team and monitor performance to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with grocery store owners and managers.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Train and onboard new sales team members as needed.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are adequately stocked on store shelves.

Contract length: 24 months
Pay:
AED2, AED3,000.00 per month
