Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Data Entry Operations Specialist to support daily administrative and data management functions. This role is ideal for individuals who excel at maintaining accuracy, handling structured information, and ensuring data integrity across systems.
As a Data Entry Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for entering, updating, verifying, and maintaining critical records while adhering to established quality and compliance standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, efficient, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
In This Role, You Will
- Accurately enter and update data into internal systems and databases
- Review information for completeness, accuracy, and consistency
- Perform routine data audits to identify and correct discrepancies
- Maintain organized digital records and documentation
- Process forms, applications, or operational records as assigned
- Follow established data management and confidentiality guidelines
- Communicate with internal teams to clarify missing or incomplete information
- Meet productivity benchmarks while maintaining high accuracy standards
Your work will directly support operational efficiency and data reliability across departments.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or operations is preferred
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar data management tools
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining focus
- Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
