Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute comprehensive PR and communication strategies that align with the company's goals and vision.

Bollywood Industry Relations:
Leverage your established connections within the Bollywood industry to create partnerships, collaborations, and opportunities for the company. Manage relationships with celebrities, artists, producers, and other stakeholders.

Advertising Agency Partnerships:

Utilize your network of contacts within advertising agencies to coordinate and optimize advertising campaigns, ensuring maximum exposure and impact.

Media Relations:
Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers. Proactively pitch story ideas and manage press releases to secure media coverage.

Content Creation:

Oversee the creation of engaging and impactful content for various channels, including press releases, social media, website, and more.

Event Management:
Plan and execute successful promotional events, product launches, and other PR initiatives. Coordinate logistics, invitations, and media coverage for these events.

Crisis Management:
Develop and implement strategies for managing potential PR crises, ensuring the company's reputation remains intact.

Market Research:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Use insights to refine communication strategies.

Collaborations and Partnerships:
Identify and establish strategic collaborations with brands, influencers, and organizations to enhance brand visibility and credibility.

Team Leadership:
Manage a team of communication professionals, guiding their efforts and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

Proven experience 3 yeasr in PR and communication roles, preferably within the entertainment or related industry.

Strong network of connections within the Bollywood industry and established relationships with advertising agencies.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative PR ideas.

Proficient in social media platforms, content management systems, and PR tools.

Experience in crisis management and conflict resolution.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is advantageous.
