- Handle every query in a polite andcourteous manner and exceed guest expectations
- Ensure guests are greeted by name upon calling as per the RotanaStandard
- Maintain an up to date knowledge ofthe hotel and local services
- Maintain anawareness of guest profile through the Opera guest profilesystem
- Complete management's longdistance call vouchers and record them on the trafficsheet
- Maintain the guest wake up call sheetand deliver calls accordingly on time and to the establishedstandard
- Ensure the proper operation of theswitchboard, resulting in fast and efficient transferring ofinternal and external calls
- Take messages forguests and management as per the requiredstandard.
