Job Description:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Owner/Product Architect to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be responsible for both defining the product vision and strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, designers, and quality assurance, to deliver innovative and successful products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Be the single point of contact for product related dependencies from business stakeholders which can be built into the product upgrade roadmap
• Collaborate with business to evaluate user stories, and set expectation on acceptance criteria, across the development team
• Participate in architecture reviews of multiple projects identify, present, and implement the best fit solution considering monetization of such solutions.
• Participates in strategic planning to better assist digital financial programs around the globe. Advises other staff in the team on various program design on digital financial services.
• Conduct feasibility studies and proof-of-concepts for new technologies and solutions to enhance product functionality and customer experience.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure the user experience aligns with product requirements and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally to resolve issues, mitigate risks, and ensure successful product delivery.

Preferred Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information technology or a related field with 13+ years in solution development & product engineering
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable product features and technical specifications.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Ability to communicate design rationale and build consensus
• Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to develop new approaches to complex design problems
• Must be organized, have an eye for detail, and be able to put ideas into a tangible form
• Passion for innovation, emerging technologies, and continuous learning.
