Key Responsibilities:


  • Prepare and serve a diverse range of coffee drinks, adhering to quality standards and recipes.
  • Take and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, including equipment and tools.
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, catering to their needs and preferences.
  • Handle cash transactions, operate the POS system, and balance sales at the end of shifts.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory levels and placing orders for supplies when needed.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen staff to serve food orders and ensure a seamless dining experience for customers.
  • Uphold health and safety standards in handling food and beverages.

Skills and Qualifications:


  • Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a coffee shop or restaurant environment.
  • Proficiency in coffee preparation techniques and knowledge of various coffee types.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a highpressure, fastpaced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
  • Familiarity with cash handling and POS systems.
  • Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
