Job Brief:


Our client is looking to hire a dynamic, experienced professional with proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics ERP, particularly Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations.

As the selected individual, you'll be instrumental in optimizing and digitalizing our business processes, spearheading the implementation and customization of new modules, automating data management, and developing bespoke apps on the Microsoft Power platform.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead the initiative to launch and adapt new modules within Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations for our enterprise.
  • Stand as a technical pillar for the Finance department, addressing and resolving intricate ERPassociated challenges.
  • Pave the way for the inception of novel finance and supply chain processes.
  • Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring all systems align with business objectives.
  • Chronicle and manage documentation for system customizations and develop highlevel business reports.
  • Brainstorm and design innovative system solutions, collaborating with developers when necessary.
  • Migrate tasks from Excel to ERP systems, promoting heightened productivity and operational effectiveness.
  • Act as a key collaborator with Finance and Procurement divisions, aiding in the completion of Inventory and Financial Period tasks.
  • Facilitate master data automation using Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Construct bespoke business apps using the Microsoft Power platform.
  • Provide guidance and training for users to fully leverage the advanced functionalities of the D365 finance and operations.
  • Drive business process enhancements via functional and technical upgrades.
  • Aid the finance department in harmonizing system data.
  • Deliver comprehensive support for all D365 finance and operations modules including but not limited to GL, AP, AR, Bank, Budget, Procurement, Warehouse Management, Asset Management, Fixed Assets, Production, Product Information Management, Sales and Marketing, Project Management & Account, and Retail.

Job Requirements:


  • Track record of successful work with Microsoft Dynamics ERP, with an emphasis on Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
  • Demonstrable skills in technical consultation and support.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate and Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • History of leading business process enhancement initiatives.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Strong communication, problemsolving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • An undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
