Description

Our firm (Advant Edge International LLC) looking for a competitive and a trustworthy Business Development Executive for selling our Safety products (PPE - Safety Shoes) in the UAE market.


Business Development Executive, who is responsible for overseeing the process of business development within the company to promote its longevity.

Their duties include working closely with other company executives and management teams, meeting with potential business partners and maintaining existing client relationships and monitoring market trends to come up with new business ideas.


Responsibilities:


  • New Business Development & Existing Customers retention.
  • Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business
  • Working with team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent the growth.
  • Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets.
  • Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients.
  • Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the business.
  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems.
  • Creating positive, longlasting relationships with current and potential clients.
  • Support and participate in regional trade shows.
  • Traveling to meet existing and new customers as required.
  • Update and maintain all account records in the CRM System, pipeline & leads generation.
  • Developing and presenting proposals customized for each client's specific business needs.
  • Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow up.
  • Developing rapport with key decisionmakers.
  • Translating proposals into readytosign contracts.
  • Managing virtual and inperson sales meetings.

Skills:


  • Deep understanding and professional experience of Minimum 2 Year required.
  • A formal qualification bachelor's Preferred
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Problemsolving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
