How to Apply -

Plan, initiate, and manage projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
Define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders and project team members.
Develop detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, and resource allocation schedules to guide project execution.
Lead project kick-off meetings, team meetings, and stakeholder meetings to communicate project goals, expectations, and progress.
Monitor project progress, performance, and budgetary metrics, identifying and addressing issues and risks in a timely manner.
Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
Manage project contracts, procurement activities, and vendor relationships, negotiating terms and conditions as needed.
Conduct regular project status meetings, reporting on project milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead project closure activities, including project documentation, lessons learned, and post-project evaluations.


Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or professional certification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) preferred.

Minimum of 20 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects in VILLA and Residential Projects.

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate project teams.
Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions based on data and analysis.
Familiarity with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in Construction.

Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans to minimize disruptions and ensure project success

Proficiency in managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities, to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle

Change Management:
Experience in managing and implementing changes to project scope, schedule, and budget, and effectively communicating changes to stakeholders to minimize resistance and maximize acceptance

Conflict Resolution:
Strong conflict resolution skills to manage disputes, disagreements, and conflicts that may arise during the project, and facilitate constructive dialogue to reach mutually acceptable solutions

Quality Management:

Understanding of project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, and ability to analyze project financial data to make informed decisions and optimize project performance

Negotiation Skills:
Ability to negotiate terms, contracts, and agreements with vendors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to achieve favorable outcomes for the project and the organization

Team Leadership:

Strong leadership abilities to inspire and motivate project teams, foster collaboration and teamwork, and drive high performance and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
