Job description
In-Process Inspection
- Read blueprints and specifications.
- Monitor production in-process to ensure that they meet production as per approved drawing.
- Recommend adjustments/Improvement suggestions in process to production team.
- Inspection, testing & measure In-Process materials.
- Knowledge of products with Measuring Tapes, Right Angles rulers, calipers, micrometers & Templates
- Accepting or rejecting In-process Inspection materials on same time reporting too.
- Reporting inspection and testing before processing receiving materials from vendors
- Critical thinking skills, to help work through customer problems and production issues, as well as develop strategies for improving product quality
Receiving & Outsourcing Inspection
- Validates the quality of purchased raw materials, parts or components based on set acceptance criteria
- Following up on samples with procurement to ensure and inspect the right materials received
- Check the right quality of materials and finishing delivered by vendors as per approved sample
- Ensure the templates properly fit and function before sending to suppliersVisit
- Vendors and ensure the quality of materials as per required standard.
