- Collect data on the adoption of digital transformation and the implementation of smart services in the energy sector globally and share your findings with the Smart Transformation Senior Specialist via benchmarking reports.
- Analyse all internal smart transformation requests and collaborate with the appropriate of business directorates to fully understand business workflows and propose smart transformation solutions.
- Assist licensed entities in the innovation, development, and implementation of smart services and systems, ensuring sector coordination and knowledge sharing.
- Oversee the implementation of smart transformations at the companies and keep the management informed.
- Assist the Smart Transformation Senior Specialist with all tasks related to the smart transformation initiatives.
- Coordinate with the Department and its sector companies to ascertain their ongoing initiatives toward smart transformations and submission of report to the Senior Specialist for Smart Transformation.
