Role and Responsibilities
Healthagon is a Rehabilitation Clinic & Home Healthcare providing Physiotherapy, Sports Therapy, Assisted Stretching services, and more.

Your responsibilities would include but not be limited to:_
The assessment of required care and the development, implementation, and evaluation of holistic patient care
Communicating effectively at all levels within the interdisciplinary team.
Promoting a progressive attitude to the continual improvement of patient care through research, evidencebased practice, and the development of additional clinical skills in the specialty.
Assisting in the safe, effective, and efficient management of the department with allocated resources.
Amend therapy plans based on client performance, motivation, safety, and therapy outcome measures collected.
Conduct physical, psychosocial, and impairmentbased assessments to determine required therapy.
Design SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, Timely) goals with clients and stakeholders.
Design discharge and continuity of care plans with stakeholders.
Promoting good health and wellbeing through education.
Understanding, supporting, and promoting the mission, vision, and values of the facility
Adhering to and promoting the Professional Code of Conduct for Dubai
At least 2 years as a Physical Therapist in a rehabilitation/community/outpatient facility in Dubai
DHA License
Degree of an accredited Physical Therapy curriculum
Certification in Physical Therapy and a valid state license to practice
