    Description

    I'm looking for a tutor who is experienced with .NET Core API, React, and integrating Hikvision into my React web application.

    Additionally, the tutor should be capable of creating PTZ controllers for cameras. It's important that they also have experience with Angular, as I am transitioning from Angular to React. My background is primarily in HTML and MVC, and I'm relatively new to front-end frameworks.
