We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Gypsum Carpenter to join our team.

As a Gypsum Carpenter at MST Bushra Contracting, you will play a crucial role in crafting and installing gypsum-based architectural elements, including partitions, ceilings, and decorative features, within our diverse range of interior projects.

Your expertise in gypsum carpentry and attention to detail will contribute to creating visually appealing and innovative interior spaces.


Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, shape, and install gypsum boards to create partitions, ceilings, and other architectural features based on project specifications and design plans.
• Install metal or wooden framework to support gypsum boards and create structural integrity for the installation.
• Create intricate gypsumbased decorative elements, such as cornices, arches, and niches, using specialized tools and techniques.
• Collaborate with project managers, interior designers, and other skilled laborers to ensure accurate integration of gypsum carpentry with overall design concepts.
• Perform quality checks to verify the accuracy, alignment, and stability of gypsum installations.
• Follow established safety protocols and adhere to local building codes and regulations related to gypsum carpentry.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring proper storage of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Keep accurate records of materials used, work performed, and time spent on gypsum carpentry projects.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Gypsum Carpenter, preferably in the interior design and construction industry.
• Proficient knowledge of gypsum board installation techniques, including cutting, shaping, taping, and finishing.
• Familiarity with architectural drawings and ability to interpret design plans.
• Experience in creating decorative gypsum elements using specialized tools and techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in gypsum carpentry work.
• Proficiency in using gypsum carpentry tools and equipment.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with team members and project stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines.

Salary:
From AED1,000.00 per month
