- 12+ years of work experience -Experience in a top tier global management consulting company atleast with a manager+ tenure is a must (i.e., Engagement Manager,Project Leader, Manager). Ideal candidate will also have anexperience in a leading global tech company in a similarfunction
- Exposure to any of the following in amarketplace environment is a big plus: Business Health, MarketplaceDynamics (i.e., supply/demand dynamics), Business Analytics,FP&A in a reputable tech company or a top tier managementconsulting company
- Exceptional analytical andquantitative problem solving skills
- Exceptionalwritten and verbal communication skills with experience inpresenting technical content to audiences. Ideal candidate wouldhave an obsession with "Sowhat"
- Understanding of basicstatistics (distributions, means, std deviationsetc)
- Experience in putting togetherpresentations for senior audiences with astoryline
- Having an eye on detail, immediatelypicking up issues on trends, knowing where to look at and what tosearch for
- Proven record of high performanceand achievements in education life andcareer
- Proven track record of understanding ofan end-to-end analytics
- Ability to work withdifferent functions to drive insights
