- Installation and configuration of desktop, laptop, printers, network devices etc.
- Knowledge on POS machine, handheld devices installation and troubleshooting.
- Monitoring and maintaining systems and other IT related systems.
- Providing tickets-based support on IT related issues from shops and warehouse.
- Knowledge on basic application/software troubleshooting.
- Knowledge on installation and configuration of Network switch, access points etc.
- Knowledge on Microsoft Active directory, user creation etc, policy testing.
- Knowledge on windows operating system 10/11 - installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
- Hands on experience in hardware repairing and maintenance.
- 2+ years relevant experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good written and verbal communication
- Strong experience in handling Windows Server, Network Firewalls , access points
