KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Description

  • Follow the instructions from Supervisor /Line Manager to perform duties.
  • Ensures the implementation of the QMS and FSMS Policies and Procedures.
  • Ensures that the products received at the Storage Facility complies with the customer requirement and statutory & regulatory standards.
  • Manage warehouse activity, give adequate training support to subordinates, colleagues for warehouse operation and WMS/SAP.
  • Ensure accuracy of the facility's inventory system by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns.
  • To verify the quality and quantity of materials received against specifications from suppliers &
Customers.

  • Prepare and maintain a variety of records related to the organization's Warehouse activities and assist in keeping the assigned facility clean and orderly.
  • Responsible for shipping cancelled or damaged items back to customers as appropriate.
  • Inspect the products in compliant to the customer instruction and QMS & FSMS Standards.
  • Day to day monitoring of products that are instocks, ensuring that products are within the standards requirement such as expiry date, appearance, etc.
  • Inspect the products to be dispatch in accordance to the customer requirement, QMS & FSMS
Policies and Procedures.

  • Supervise the stuffing, destuffing and put away of all received cargos.
  • Ensures the adherence of FEFO, FIFO and proper arrangement of the stocks to easily facilitate FEFO.
  • Provide suggestions and recommendations to improve the process and activities of the Warehouse
Operations.

  • Prepares daily, weekly and monthly reports as required by the customer and management.
  • Coordinate the stock count and prepares report to be submitted to management and customer (if required)
  • Ensures that Warehouse Team follows the QHSE and FSMS Policies and Procedures.
  • Performs related activities as instructed by the Warehouse Supervisor.
  • Inventory accuracy Physical Vs. SAP/WMS
  • Need to lead the WMS operation for 5PL.
  • Other than mention above responsibility, the employee needs to perform as per supervisor's instructions time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 0508 years' experience in similar roles.
  • Minimum 0204 Years UAE / GCC Experience in similar roles.
  • Must have FMCG Food Warehouse Management experience
  • Experience of any 3PL Logistic Operations and Process.
  • Graduate or Diploma

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
Up to AED3,500.00 per month
