Description

We are looking for a professional and customer service-oriented Store manager to oversee daily operations and supervise the whole store.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working in F & B environment, ideally in a managerial role is must.
  • Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
  • Customer serviceoriented with indepth knowledge of basic business management processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:


  • Overseeing the daily operation of the store.
  • Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Motivate the team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
  • Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
  • Train, and oversee new staff.
  • Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and arrange promotional material and instore displays.
  • Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits.
  • Undertake store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.
  • Organize and supervise shifts.
  • Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
  • Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils, and cleaning products

AED3, AED6,000.00 per month
