We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as Project and Communication Manager.

You will play a pivotal part in managing day-to-day client relationships, collaborating with cross-functional teams for efficient campaign execution, and aligning communication strategies with clients' business objectives.

Your responsibilities will extend to monitoring communication trends, conducting competitive audits. As a key leader, you will supervise and inspire executive team members, ensuring cohesive efforts and exceptional client satisfaction.

What will be your responsibilities?

Client Relationship Management:


  • Foster strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication between the agency and clients.
  • Regularly update clients on project progress and address any concerns.

Communication Strategy Development:


  • Work closely with the Business Director to understand client business objectives.
  • Develop communication strategies aligned with client goals and marketing requirements.
  • Ensure strategies are effective and contribute to the overall success of campaigns.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:


  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams within the agency and potentially across the group.
  • Manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
  • Ensure cohesion and efficiency in campaign execution.

Monitoring Communication Trends:


  • Stay updated on industry communication trends.
  • Conduct competitive audits and provide insightful reports.
  • Utilize findings to enhance and adapt communication strategies.

Resource Management:


  • Allocate resources effectively to meet project requirements.
  • Ensure that the team has the necessary tools and support for successful execution.
  • Monitor and manage workloads to maintain a balance and prevent burnout.
