Responsibilities
- Transferring data from online databases into excel within time limits
- Accurately type data provided from customers
- Create spreadsheets without mistakes
- Scan documents and print files
- Verify data by comparing it to source
- Update existing data
- Retrieve data from the database or excel files as requested
- Administration of the database to ensure smooth operation
- Address any malfunctions which may occur within the database
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk
- Fast typing skills; Knowledge of touchtyping is strongly preferred
- Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
- Good command of English both oral and written
- Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
- Great attention to detail
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
