Position: Female Bus Attendant - School Bus Attendant

Talent Bridge HR Consultancy Dubai is currently seeking a highly motivated and responsible Female Bus Attendant to join our team. As a School Bus Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of students during their daily commute to and from school.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist students in boarding and exiting the school bus safely and efficiently

Ensure all students are seated and wearing seatbelts before the bus begins moving

Monitor and maintain order on the bus, ensuring students follow safety rules and regulations

Keep accurate records of student attendance and report any issues or incidents to the bus driver and school administration

Communicate with parents and school staff regarding any changes in bus routes or schedules

Maintain a clean and organized bus, including regular cleaning and disinfecting

Assist students with special needs or disabilities, providing necessary accommodations and support

Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving the bus

Attend regular training and meetings to stay updated on safety procedures and policies

Perform other duties as assigned by the school or Talent Bridge HR Consultancy Dubai.

Qualifications:

Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience working with children preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to remain calm and handle emergency situations effectively

Physically fit and able to assist with any necessary tasks, such as lifting and securing wheelchairs or other equipment

Familiarity with traffic laws and safe driving practices

Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
