The Role

Guildhall is a leading recruitment agency and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Purchasing Manager for our client, a fit-out turnkey contractor based in Dubai, UAE.

Our client is a well-established company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality fit-out solutions to a diverse range of clients.

They are now looking to recruit a Purchasing Manager to join their team and manage the procurement of materials and services for their projects.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement purchasing policies and procedures that meet the company's needs
Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure the best possible pricing and delivery terms
Manage the procurement of materials and services, including the selection of suppliers and the placement of orders
Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities, including the tracking of delivery schedules and the resolution of any issues that may arise
Work closely with project managers to ensure that procurement activities are aligned with project schedules and budgets
Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure the availability of materials and services as required
Identify opportunities to streamline purchasing processes and reduce costs
